We believe the world is shifting from standards-based education, to skills-based learning. Flourish was founded to help lead that charge.

Our founders, John and Adam, are passionate about reimagining the classroom by pairing exceptional teachers with thoughtfully chosen technology to create meaningful real-world learning experiences.

Flourish began in Nashville, TN. We're excited to expand our community and bring this model to Phoenix, AZ.

John Danner

John is CEO of Flourish Schools and a longtime leader in education innovation. Previously, he co-founded and led Rocketship Public Schools, the nation’s first blended elementary school network, and later built ed-tech companies including Project Read and SparkSpace.

Adam Nadeau

Adam is Chief Administrative Officer of Flourish Schools, with a career dedicated to K–12 innovation. He began as a founding teacher at KIPP Academy Nashville, then joined Rocketship as a Humanities teacher and went on to open multiple campuses and regions.

Let's make private school affordable

Too many families feel frustrated by the limitations of public schools but are often priced out of private school options. A core part of our mission at Flourish is to make the high-quality education typically found in private schools, accessible to more families.

We achieve this by offering an exceptional learning experience at an affordable cost, supported in part through Arizona's ESA program, which helps families access the resources they need without the financial burden
